The Cellar

The realization of the Cellar has been a low environmental impact process. It has been carefully located in the surrounding landscape, on two level for the most part underground. The Cellar is equipped with the most modern devices in order to give the maximum prominence to a careful grape-growing, from the grapes’ reception to the aging French barriques.  Thanks to a two levels layout, the Cellar exploits gravity by operating at the highest floor  the grapes’ receiving and crushing phases, and the must fermentation. Musts are then transferred by gravity to the lowest floor, in which are realized the winemaking, the storage and the aging phases.
